Online Application

Thank you for your interest in accommodation in one of the student residences of the Studierendenwerk Mannheim. Before you submit your online application, we would like to give you some helpful information:

• An online application can be submitted at any time. Please state the desired move-in date/contract start date and note the application deadlines.
• Applications can be submitted up to six months in advance.
• An online application is non-binding.
• Subsequent submission of the letter of admission is possible at a later date.
• We will do our best to meet your priorities, but we ask for your understanding that this is not always possible.
• If you do not accept a rental offer from us, your online application will be automatically deactivated. However, you can submit a new online application at any time.
• Due to the high demand, we are unfortunately unable to offer a room or flat to all students.
• If we are unable to make you an offer, we will inform you about the status of your online application and other options.
