Please note that initial consultations are only offered by making an appointment with our PBS secretary’s office via telephone. For scheduling a first appointment, please call us during our telephone consultation hours. Alternatively, you can also write us an e-mail, including your phone number for callbacks. If you have special needs (e.g. stepless access to our counseling center), please also state these when making initial contact.

Consultations are usually offered from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
