Students with disabilities, impairments or chronic illnesses are often unaware of the support services available.
In cooperation with the representative for disabled and/or chronically ill students and the Deutsches Studierendenwerk (DSW), the Studierendenwerk offers useful tips for studying in the Mannheim region.

Disabled-friendly living
The Studierendenwerk offers barrier-free or low-barrier accommodation in various residential complexes. Depending on your needs, you can find accessible or low-barrier flats in the B6, B7, Augartenstraße and Seckenheimer Landstraße halls of residence.
Outside of the Studierendenwerk, you can find private offers via the Studierendenwerk’s private room exchange or on the private housing market.
